This is fresh belly that is sliced. It comes in 1-1.5 pound packages
This is unsliced pork belly. We have whole bellies (nearly 17 pounds or so), and pieces of belly (some are 3-5 pounds, some are about 1 pound)

No seasoning. Just fresh pork that is ground. Sold in one pound packages
Shoulder roasts include the picnic and butt. They are bone-in and usually sold in 3-5 pound packages
Shoulder steaks are basically a slice of a shoulder roast, approximately 1" thick
These are marinated shoulder steak (it's very tasty!). Approximately 1-1.5 pound packages
These are the ribs of the pig
These are fresh hocks, not smoked (although we do offer those as well!)
Approximately 2.5-3 pound packages
These pork organs are perfectly safe for human consumption. Some folks buy them for pets as well
Please note: These are prices if you pick up here at our farm. There is an additional cost to transport the meat. Also, if you pay by credit/debit card we need to pass along the 3 percent fee for that service. Thank you for your understanding.
