The foundation of our beef's diet is high quality hay that we grow ourselves.  They are supplemented with non-GMO corn that we grow and grind ourselves.  The only other thing we feed them are vitamins and minerals to balance out their diet.  So, they're not entirely "grass fed", but neither are they "grain fed" like they would be in a commercial operation.  Also, unlike many other commercially grown cattle, ours receive no hormones.  

We are sold out of all individual cuts of beef, including ground beef.  We'll have more beef ready for butcher during the Spring and Summer of 2026.  If they're not all sold as wholes/halves, we'll have more individual cuts available then.  Thank you for your patience.  

Whole or half beef will be $4/lb dress weight and customer pays processing.  (We've tried hard to keep our price the same despite rising costs, but we've finally had to raise the price in order to be able to keep raising beef)
