We raise and process all of our own chickens

Our whole chickens are $3.60/lb


We completely clean our chickens and add nothing back inside(no giblets, etc)

Therefore, cooking from frozen can be a convenient option

Our half chickens are $4.30/lb


We simply cut the chicken in half and remove the spine.  Each half contains one breast, one wing, and one leg.

Our leg quarters are $5.30/lb


During processing, the leg quarter is removed at the spine.  It contains the leg and thigh of the chicken

Breast Quarters

Breast quarters are bone-in and skin-on.  This provides good flavor and moisture when they're grilled or baked.  

During processing, we remove the wings and split the breast in half.  Each half is packaged separately into 1-2 pound packages.

Backs are what's left after the chicken is quartered.  They make tasty soup :)
